Biography

I live in Eastern Washington State with my wife and assorted children, cats & dogs. I spend my days refereeing for the children, chasing cats out of flower beds, and painting. Sometimes my wife and I (who is also an artist) go to the City to go to the art galleries.
I've been entranced by beauty for as long as I can remember. As a child I would walk the hills of my rural home, sometimes for days at a stretch. Everywhere I go I try to absorb the beauty of the place around me. I attempt to communicate that beauty in the works I produce.
Admittedly, it may seem strange that I speak of natural beauty, yet do abstract art. This is because what I'm trying to communicate can be related in no other manner.
